Another windless weekend, so took the opportunity to get back on the mountain bike.

A circular route starting and finishing in Newtown - Wales

Some tough up hill sections and good downhills on mixed terrrain with minor navigational errors adding to the entertainment, turning a 26 mile route into a 28.

3000 ft of accent over the distance traveled, so with the heat,etc. a pretty exhausting session.

Just another episode in our keep fit campaign for a trip to the French Alps at the end of August. Nice one !
